To strengthen theoretical innovation, technological breakthrough and international cooperation in the field of engineering geology and environment, the XIV Congress of the International Association for Engineering Geology and the Environment (IAEG XIV Congress 2023) will be held in Century City International Convention Center, Chengdu, China, from September 21 to 27, 2023. The theme of this conference is “Engineering Geology for a Habitable Earth".
With the expectation to attract more than 2,000 global participants from geology, civil engineering, water conservancy, environment, energy, transportation, marine and other related fields to attend the conference, IAEG XIV Congress 2023 is an ideal platform to expand promotion, attract talented future employees and engage with future collaborators for corporate/research institute in the field of Engineering Geology and the Environment. Since the founding of IAEG in 1964, which is a worldwide scientific society with more than 5,200 members and 59 national groups, IAEG Congress is held every four years. 1. Email booking requests to Sophie Guan "iaeg2022@cdut.edu.cn";
2. Download substitute contract, scan the signed substitute contract and email to
"iaeg2022@cdut.edu.cn”;
3. You will get reservation confirmation from the conference sponsorship contact with 2 working days by email;
4. Make payment to the bank account designated for the conference within 7 working days after the confirmation email;
5. You will get the scan file of the signed substitute contract by email after the payment confirmation. It indicates that booking is successful.
1. The signed substitute contract shall submit when you sign-in at the conference venue.
2. If payment hasn’t been made within 7 working days after the confirmation email, booking is failed.
3. Sponsors or exhibitors are prohibited from transferring their booths and benefits or displaying products that do not match the scope of the conference. Otherwise, the sponsorship or exhibition qualification will be cancelled without refund. And they shall bear full legal responsibility.
4. Sponsors or exhibitors shall comply with all regulations of the organizers and the exhibition hall. Please read more details in the Exhibitor Manual of IAEG 2022.
5. In order to ensure the overall image of the conference, the organizer has the final decision right on the layout and movement of booths.
6. If the sponsor or exhibitor abandons the sponsorship, exhibition or participation after paying the relevant fees, the fees paid will not be refunded.
7. Sponsors and exhibitors shall guarantee the advertising or exhibiting products and promotional materials shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, and shall bear full legal responsibility in case of infringement disputes.
8. If the conference cannot be held as scheduled due to weather, natural disasters, COVID-19 or other irresistible factors or government factors, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the time and location, and does not assume other responsibilities.
